Michigan State University has scanned 75 texts from its collection of 7,000 culinary works. Among the full-text offerings are classics such as the 1896 edition of Fannie Farmer’s The Boston Cooking-School Cook Book and several works by Eliza Leslie. Searchable database. Open access to these works.
